How to clean the ice cream vending machine?
First, turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Remove all detachable parts, such as the ice cream containers, nozzles, drip trays, and mixing tools. Wash these components using warm water and a food-safe detergent. Use a soft brush to reach any tight areas, then rinse thoroughly and let them air dry.
Next, wipe down the machine’s interior using a clean cloth and mild sanitizing solution. Pay attention to internal walls, cooling compartments, and temperature sensors. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive tools that could damage surfaces.
Clean the nozzles and dispensing area with hot, soapy water. Use small brushes to remove any residue from inside the nozzles. If your machine has a built-in cleaning function, run it with a sanitizer and flush the system afterward with clean water.
Wipe the exterior of the machine, including the screen and payment panel, to maintain a clean appearance. Once all parts are dry, reassemble them correctly, plug in the machine, and test it before use.
